We wanted to capture Nathan’s approach to ceramics and insert these into the digital experience. We thought about the way he creates pieces and brought that conceptual methodology into the way people engage with the website. This way, the same feeling that the artist creates in their artwork is captured in the useability of the website and the user becomes familiar with the artistic practice as well as the individual pieces of art.
